Unsalted Water Buffalo Butter

Hope Eco-Farms raises their Water Buffalo locally in Aylmer, ON. This smooth, sweet tasting butter made from grassfed Water Buffalo is produced in Ontario at Hope’s Dairy. Their Water Buffalo receive no grain. In the summer then enjoy grass, herbs, and legumes on pasture. In the winter they are fed an assortment of sprouted greens and herbal hay. No artificial fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides are used.

Pasteurized whole water-buffalo milk cream.

Suggested Use
A great alternative butter for those with cow's milk sensitivities. Use as you would a typical butter.
