Organic Old Cheddar

This cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 10 months. This pale yellow, slightly brittle cheese has a smooth, creamy, melting texture and sometimes contains a few crystals. This Canadian gluten free and lactose free cheese has a recognizable nutty flavour and fruity finish. It makes a delicious addition to any cheese platter and blends wonderfully with all sorts of cooked dishes. M.F.: 31% Moisture: 39%
