Sour Cream is made by culturing beta carotene rich Jersey cow milk (which gives it a rich golden color). Jersey milk is also 20% higher in calcium and richer in minerals and vitamins. Jersey cows produce A2 protein milk which some find easier to digest. MC Dairy sour cream is made from non-homogenized whole milk. No preservatives or colors are added.
