In winter an assortment of sprouted greens and herbal hay. No artificial fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or hormones used. Lactose intolerant? Try sheep's milk. Note: The cream separates naturally on top. Scoop it up and eat it as is or shake bottle well prior to use.
