Tasting this Asiago style cheese will whisk you away to the Italian countryside from where it began. It's a smooth, fruity, slight tart and savoury cheese. Slice it up to eat on it's own, on a cheese board, in sandwiches or grated!

Milk, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme, bacteria culture. May contain colour and lipase.
