Directions:
Adults and Adolescents (14 years and older): Take 1 teaspoon daily. Adolescents and Children (9-13 years): Take 3/4 teaspoon daily. Children (4-8 years): Take 1/4 teaspoon daily. Take with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
