Each V-Capsule contains:

Magnesium (L-aspartate, bisglycinate, oxide), 200 mg (1 V-Capsule), 400 mg (2 V-Capsule)
Gaba (gamma-aminobutyric acid), 100 mg (1 V-Capsule), 200 mg (2 V-Capsule)
L-Tryptophan, 50 mg (1 V-Capsule), 100 mg (2 V-Capsule)
Zinc (HVP chelate), 12.5 mg (1 V-Capsule), 25 mg (2 V-Capsule)
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5′-phosphate), 10 mg (1 V-Capsule), 20 mg (2 V-Capsule)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid, Silicon dioxide.

Recommended Dose (Adults 19 years and older): Take 2 capsules daily with a meal or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.

Recommended Duration of Use: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have benign prostate hypertrophy and/or prostate cancer. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a heart condition, diabetes or are taking heart or blood pressure medications.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience diarrhea.
