Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin and hypromellose.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose (1 capsule) during the evening if necessary.
Cautions
Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.Ā Some people may experience drowsiness.
