Turmeric Tincture
Turmeric is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an anti-inflammatory to help relieve joint pain and as an aid in relieving flatulent dyspepsia (carminative). Provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health. Used in Herbal Medicine as a liver protectant, to aid digestion, and to increase bile excretion by the liver (choleretic) and stimulate contraction of the gallbladder (cholagogue).
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Turmeric (Curcuma longa, rhizome) 250 mg Quantity Crude Equivalent (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Certified Organic alcohol Distilled water
Suggested Use
Dosage: Adults: Take 1-2 ml (30-60 drops) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist and before use: if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid; if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction; if you are pregnant. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
