Medicinal Ingredients: Licorice 4.34mg, Ivy 7 mg, Thyme 4.3mg. Non Medicinal: Carboxymethylcellulose,citric acid, Glycerin, Honey flavour, Potassiun sorbate, sodium benzoate, sorbital, stevia, rebaudiana leaf.

Suggested Use
2 to 3 sprays under the tongue, 3 times daily, half an hour before meals or as directed by a health care professional.
