Thyme

Thyme is an evergreen herb with culinary, medicinal, and ornamental uses.  Thyme blends well with many other herbs, enhancing rather than overpowering other flavours. Use this herb to add warmth and pungency to marinades, stuffings, vegetables, stews, and cheese dishes.

Safety Info: Thyme might act like estrogen in the body. If you have any condition that might be made worse by exposure to estrogen, don’t use thyme. These include: breast cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, endometriosis, or uterine fibroids.
