These pre-cooked sausages are delicious on their own and can also be used in any sausage recipe!

Ingredients: Legumes, Yams, Organic Chia Seeds, Coconut Oil, Apples, Hemp Seeds, Arugula, Goji Berries, Canadian Maple Syrup, Rice Fiber, Pea Fiber, Vegetable Fiber, Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt, Less than 2% of: Natural Flavour, Yeast Extract.
Suggested Use
Heating Instructions: PRODUCT MUST BE HEATED TO AT LEAST 160 F (71 C) BEFORE CONSUMING
Panfry: Panfry on medium heat on a non stick or lightly oiled surface for 2-3 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Toaster Oven/Convectional Oven: Place on baking sheet and heat at 375 F (190 C) for 4-5 minutes until warm in the center
Microwave: Place patties in a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 30 seconds or until hot.
Tip: Top with fresh avocado, a bed of greens and home style potatoes.
