Medicial Ingredients:

Iodine (from 225 mg of kelp) 225 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and vegetable carbohydrate gum

Suggested Use
 Adults: Take 2 capsules one to three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them. Do not take with anticoagulants. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have been diagnosed with estrogendependent cancer. Do not use of you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
