Medicinal Ingredients (per gummy)

Zinc (zinc citrate) - 10 mg
Biotin (biotin) - 2500 mcg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) - 425 mcg
Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) - 250 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients 

Maltitol, Purified water, Glycerin, Pectin, Citric acid, Natural flavour, Sodium citrate, Anthocyanins, Organic fruit powder blend (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tart cherry, pomegranate, cranberry), Organic rice flour, Organic sunflower oil.

Suggested Use (adults aged 18 and older)

Take 2 gummies 1 time per day with food a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
