Raw Buckwheat Honey

Buckwheat honey is dark and full-bodied. Buckwheat honey has been found to contain more antioxidant compounds than some lighter honeys.  A recent study has shown buckwheat honey to be more effective than over-the-counter cough syrup at treating childhood cough.
