Each Packet Contains:
PGX® Proprietary Blend   2.5 g
Highly purified water soluble polysaccharide complex manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex® process: Konjac-mannan (Amorphophallus konjac) (root), xanthan gum, sodium alginate.
Recommended dosage (adults): Stir 1–2 packets into 375–500 mL of cold water or juice. Drink additional water (375–500 mL) after taking PGX®. Begin with 1 packet and gradually increase over several days as tolerated.
Up to 2 packets 3 times daily may be required in some cases for optimal results or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to obtain the desired results.
