Organic penne pasta (organic durum wheat semolina flour, filtered water), organic mushrooms, organic lowfat milk, white cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, culture, salt, enzymes [without animal enzymes or rennet]), organic spinach, butter (cream, salt), organic leeks, organic yellow onions, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, culture, salt, enzymes [without animal enzymes or rennet]), organic sweet rice flour, monterey jack cheese (pasteurized milk, culture, salt, enzymes [without animal enzymes or rennet]), sea salt, organic garlic, organic parsley, mustard powder, spices. Contains wheat and milk.

Suggested Use

Storage Keep Frozen Instructions Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from frozen. Consume immediately after heating. Do not refreeze. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide only.

Microwave OvenĀ Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 10 -15 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

Toaster OvenĀ Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
