Elemental silicon (from Mesoporosil® silicon dioxide) - 23.5mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: Hypromellose.

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

Take one tablet capsule with or without food or as instructed by a health care practitioner. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a health care practitioner.
