Traditionally, this sauce is to be spread on rotisserie chicken but the Lebanese Garlic sauce can also be used as a marinade for fish and meats, use it as a glaze on wings, sautƩd with vegetables, made into a salad dressing, spread it on your pizza or use it in a sandwich. We forgot to mention that we just made it a whole lot easier to make garlic bread!
