Organic True Cinnamon Powder

Gathering Place has been importing organic and fairly traded True Cinnamon from the South of India to Canada for the last 15 years. The farmers in their Indian Cooperative intercrop cinnamon in biodiverse, multi-tiered food forests, resulting in the highest quality. The cinnamon trees are hand harvested after three+ years, when the bark is mature and thick, resulting in a dark, richly flavoured, dense powder.
