The cacao beans are hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection. The beans are then crushed and the skins removed (aka winnowed) by a specialized machine using powerful fans. This nibs are lab tested, raw, clean and pure, and never treated with toxic chemicals. Giddy Yo Cacao Nibs are low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality while maintaining nutritional integrity.
