Medicinal Ingredients (each tea bag (1.5 g) contains)
Organic valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 450 mg, organic passionflower herb (Passiora incarnata) 300 mg, organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) 300 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperial, organic caraway fruit (Carum carvi), organic licorice root (Glycyrhiza glabra).
