Instructions: Rinse 1 cup of rice. Add rice to 2 cups of boiling water. Stir and cover with tight lid. Reduce heat to medium, simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Makes 4 servings. It is best to add butter after rice is cooked. Fluff with fork before serving.
