Non-pareil Capers

Capers are the unripened flower buds of a perennial bush native to the Mediterranean. Ours are hand picked as soon as they reach the desired size. Mezzetta® Non-Pareil Capers are both the smallest and most well-known caper and add savory, pungent flavors to sauces and dressings.
