Medicinal Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
Niacin (inositol hexanicotinate*)     500 mg
Inositol (inositol hexanicotinate)     120 mg
*Niacin delivered in the form of inositol hexanicotinate minimizes the side effects associated with other forms of niacin in high doses, such as flushing of the skin and upset stomach.

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a health care practitioner.
