Can be used to thicken soups and make flat breads, puddings, cookies and griddle cakes. Because it lacks any form of gluten it's not suited to many types of baking. Millet flour does not have a strong flavour. For a stronger flavour, use in combination with other flours.

Instructions: Replace wheat flour 1:1

Shelf Life: 2 months in fridge; 6 months or more in freezer

Analysis (per 1/3 cup or 35g): 130 calories, 14g fat, 26g carbohydrates, 3g fibre, 4g protein, 15% iron
