How to Use
ADULTS: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician prior to use if you are taking antidepressant medication, blood thinners or digoxin, medications that affect acetylcholine
levels (cholinergic or anticholinergic drugs); have a cardiovascular, or blood pressure condition or diabetes.
If you experience dizziness, unusual muscle cramping, agitation, G/I symptoms such as nausea, vomiting,
diarrhea or excessive salivation, discontinue use, and consult a health care practitioner. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Stop use if you experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches. May cause digestive problems.
