Recommended adult dose: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. At bedtime only, allow 1 tablet to dissolve under the tongue daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use.
