Maitake Mushroom Extract

Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Used in Herbal Medicine to support the immune system.

Medicinal Ingredients: (5mL)

Grifola frondosa (Maitake, Fruiting body) ……………………………………………….1000 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml), three times per day. May be taken with or without food. For palatability, required servings may be taken with a small quantity of honey. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use. Shake well before use.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes. Do not use if security seal is broken.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within three (3) months after opening.
