Suggested Use (adult dosage)

Mix one tablespoon with juice or water twice daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Cautions

For adult use only. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or for use beyond three weeks. May cause side effects such as nausea, tiredness, headaches and dizziness.
