Suggested Use
Children 2-5 y - Open 2 capsules and add to food or beverage.
Children 6-9 y - Take 2-5 capsules daily.
Adolescents 10-14 y - Take 3-10 capsules daily.
Adults and adolescents >15 y - Take 5-20 capsules daily.
Drink plenty of water. Store in a cool dry, dark area. Do not store in refrigerator.
