Handcropped Sea Salt

Our sea salt is cropped by hand from the coast of Mani in Southern Lakonia, Peloponnese by village people living next to the rocky coast. There, sea salt can be harvested in holes of the rocks on the coast where the seawater flushes in day by day bringing the precious salt from the sea.
