Medicinal Ingredients (per tablet)

Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate)  - 800 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients 

Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), and silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use

Adults take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution 

Keep out of reach of children. Folate supplements may mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate vitamin B12. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
