Natural spring water, whole wheat flour, wheat bran, vegetable and palm and kernel oil shortening, yeast, wheat gluten, brown sugar, salt, invert sugar, refiners molasses, oat bran, vinegar, cultured whey powder (whey and bacterial culture), guar gum, acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, pectin, ascorbic acid, amylase, azodicarbonamide, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate. Contains Wheat and Milk.
