Medicinal Ingredients (per gummy)

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 45 mg
Black Elder (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra, Fruit) - 25 mg
Zinc (zinc citrate, dihydrate) - 3.75 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cane sugar, organic tapioca syrup, pectin, natural raspberry flavour, sodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid, coconut oil, natural flavour, beeswax, purified water.

Suggested Use 

Adults and children 4 years old and over, chew 2 gummies 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
