Vitamin/ e B12 (Methylcobalamin/ Methylcobalamine) - 500 mcg
Vitamin/ e C (Ascorbic acid/ acide ascorbique) - 50 mg
Folate (Folic acid / Acide folique) - 400 mcg
Zine (Zinc citrate) - 4.5 mg
Copper (Copper citrate) / cuivre (citrate) - 450 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, sunflower lecithin and beeswax.

Vegetarian Capsule Ingredients

Hypromellose (from woodpulp), chloropyll

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

One (1) capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
