Crispbread Buckwheat

Did you know that buckwheat is a pseudo grain? This nutrient-packed gluten-free super seed is more closely related to rhubarb than to the wheat grain. It isn't exactly what you'd call refined. Buckwheat has otherwise a coarse texture but you will not ever notice as the puffed buckwheat crispbreads are light and literally melt in your mouth.
