Xerenoos Citicoline (Cytidine 5'-diphosphate) - 250 mg
Choline (as choline bitartrate)- 14 mg 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients 

Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.

Suggested Use 

Adult dosage: take two capsules one to two times daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Cautions
