Medicinal Ingredients: 

Fish oil (certified wild omega-3 from sardines and anchovies) 1000 mg Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg Docosahexaoenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Natural vitamin E (from sunflower) in a shell containing bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
