Suggested Use

Step 1: Shake bottle. Step 2: Squirt about 1/3 oz in your mouth. Step 3: Swish for 30 seconds or so. Step 4: Tilt your head back and start brushing with the rinse still in your mouth. Step 5: Brush for about a minute and spit out the foam. Step 6: Rinse with water to stop the foaming. Step 7: Smile!
