Medicinal Ingredients:

Organic black cumin (Nigella sativa) seed oil 50% linoleic acid, 20% oleic acid   500mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Mixed tocopherol concentrate (from sunflower) in a softgel made of bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.   

Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules twice daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
