Bison Tallow

Bison Suet is even more rare to obtain as Bison are naturally very lean. Bison Tallow (lard/suet) can be used in all types of cooking methods. The most common type of cooking it is used for is high-temperature cooking like frying. However, Bison Tallow is used for making candles, laundry soap and skin lotions as well.
