Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for normal growth and body function. Biotin functions as a key regulatory element in gluconeogenesis, fatty acid synthesis, and in the metabolism of some amino acids. Alongside its role in energy production, Biotin enhances the synthesis of certain proteins, which plays a critical role in hair, skin and nail health.

Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule)

Biotin 10 mg - (10,000 mcg).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients 

Rice flour, veg capsule (hypromellose, water), silica, stearic acid (vegetable source).

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

Take 1 capsule daily with meals. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Caution

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your health care practitioner that you are taking this product, as it provides biotin in amounts which may interfere with laboratory tests.
