SICILIANA ā BEYOND MEAT PIZZA (GLUTEN FREE/VEGAN) First we mastered the Neapolitan style gluten free crust and now weāve mastered the plant-based pizza! Partnering with Beyond MeatĀ® and Good Planet Foods we have launched a new line of vegan pizzas. Inspired by the traditional bignolati sausage bread from Sicily, we topped our award winning cauliflower crust with premium tomato sauce, fire roasted vegetables, vegan cheese and Beyond SausageĀ® Italian crumbles. With many people struggling to find a great tasting gluten free pizza, we created a line of frozen pizzas that everyone will enjoy. These Beyond Meat pizzas will have even non-vegans looking for a second slice! Our gluten free pizza is easy to prepare allowing you more time to spend enjoyed at the table! Our gluten free pizza is the only one in the industry with rising air pockets. All of our pizzas are gluten free certified and made in a gluten free facility.
Ingredients
Crust: Cauliflower ā¢ Corn starch ā¢ Rice flour ā¢ Potato starch ā¢ Inulin ā¢ Psyllium husk powder ā¢ Water ā¢ Sugars (dextrose, fructose, brown cane sugar) ā¢ Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ā¢ Yeast ā¢ Extra virgin olive oil ā¢ Sea salt. Topping: Tomato sauce (tomatoes, blend of extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil, salt, oregano, black pepper, granulated garlic, naturally derived citric acid) ā¢ Beyond BeefĀ® Crumbles Italian Sausage (water, pea protein, canola oil, natural flavours, spices, garlic powder, citric acid) ā¢ Vegan mozzarella (filtered water, coconut oil , modified starches (potato & tapioca), potato starch, calcium citrate, sea salt, imitation mozzarella flavor, sorbic acid, beta carotene) ā¢ Red onion ā¢ Balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel coloring). Contains: Sulfites.
Suggested Use
THE PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, COOK THE PIZZA BEFORE EATING: THE INTERNAL MINIMAL TEMPERATURE SHOULD REACH 74Ā°C (165Ā°F). COOKING INSTRUCTIONS CONVENTIONAL OVEN & TOASTER OVEN 1. Do not eat pizza without cooking. 2. Preheat the oven to 450 Ā°F. 3. Remove pizza from the box and remove film overwrap (remove all packaging). 4. Place directly on the middle rack of the preheated oven. 5. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until cheese is melted & crust is golden brown. Check pizza after 10 minutes. 6. Let pizza stand for 2-3 minutes before slicing. Attention Pizza will be very hot. Individual appliances may vary, this is only a guideline.
