EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS: Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) (fruit) 160 mg Chastberry 10:1 Extract (Vitex agnus-castus) (fruit) 80 mg Zinc (bisglycinate) 15 mg Copper (gluconate) 1 mg Non Medicinal Ingredients: Pumpkin seed, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Suggested Use
DOSAGE: Mix 1 tablespoon/scoop (6.78 g) in 150 mL (5 oz) of water or as directed by a health care practitioner. Please do not administer with a wet spoon as the extra moisture inside the container may cause the product to clump. Keep out of reach of children.
