Berberine (Hydrochloride) (Berberis aristata, root) / Berbérine
(Chlorhydrate) (Berberis aristata, racine)  - 250 mg  
Chromium / Chrome (Picolinate) - 25 mcg  
Eucommia (Eucommia ulmoides) -  12.5 mg
10:1 bark extract (Equivalent to 125 mg/capsule)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Organic extra virgin olive oil, alpha-tocopheryl acetate.
Capsule Ingredients: Hypromellose, chlorophyll.

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

One (1) capsule four (4) times per day. Consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 3 months.

Caution

May cause gastrointestinal discomfort such as constipation, vomiting, abdominal pain or diarrhea, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
