Milk Thistle extract (Silybum marianum, seed) standardized to 50% silymarin   150 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose, cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions:
Adults, take 1 capsule 2 times per day
