Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule)

Vitamin C (PureWay-C ascorbic acid) 275mg, Mixed tocopherol concentrate (seed, Brassica napus) 50mg AT, Zinc (Albion zinc bis-glycinate chelate) 10mg,

Citrus bioflavanoids (fruit,  Citrus sinensis, Citrus limon, Citrus reticulata, Citrus paradisi, Citrus aurantiifolia) 6mg, Copper (Albion copper bis-glycinate chelate) 1000mcg, Vitamin A (all-trans retinyl palmitate) 755.5mcg RAE(2500IU), Selenium (Albion selenium glycinate complex) 70mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica. 

Recommended Use

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after other medications.
